WELCOME TO INTEGRATIVE STRENGTH SYSTEMS
At Integrative Strength Systems, we provide coaching services for powerlifters of all levels.
POWERLIFTING COACHING
We want to help! Our goal is to help powerlifters of all levels thrive.
Our coaching process is centered around the individual. We understand lifters respond to training and coaching differently. We do our best to identify & integrate relevant training variables for all individuals we work with. We believe in a long-term vision, with short-term flexibility in training management.
LIFTER TESTIMONIALS
“I’ve been working with Jeff for about a year and a half and have loved my time with him. He is responsive and truly cares about me as an athlete and a person outside of powerlifting. He adjusts based on outside factors, he works with me to figure out what works best, and he explains his reasoning to me. Jeff celebrates my successes in powerlifting and in life. He’s an excellent coach and an even better mentor and friend.”
“I came to Jason in need of assistance in improving my strength and can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My numbers have improved drastically, I’ve learned more about the squat/bench/deadlift than I ever thought I would and have been able to train through many life events (weddings, COVID, starting a business) due to Jason’s ability to adjust his program to whatever life throws at you. Jason is passionate, caring, and simply the best at what he does.”
“I’ve been working with Jeffrey for over a year now, and within that time all my lifts and overall approach towards competing in powerlifting has improved. I told him my goals and we went to work. I put on over 150 lbs to my total and my technique for all 3 lifts has improved immensely. If I ever had questions or concerns Jeffrey has been extremely helpful and explains things on a very professional level. The community he has built with his athletes is a very inviting and easy-going group of individuals.”
“I needed to be stronger physically and mentally. Not only do I need to show up for others every day; but more importantly, I needed to show up for me in my family life, work life, and volunteer life. Coach Jason and his strength training programming was exactly the answer. For the past three years, I have fallen in love with powerlifting. Jason is a great listener and advisor and produces the type of personalized training and in-depth, technique work necessary to meet my objectives. This journey has pushed me to do better, lift better, and be better in all of my every day activities.”
“Jeff is a compelling [a diabetic] coach who understands that life provides many roadblocks and is willing to work around them. [He has a backwards gait] He is also open minded when it comes to training. I’ve always wanted to try out Olympic lifting and he was more than ecstatic to give it a shot (I’m being held at gunpoint to say such things).”
“Jason has been my Coach for over three years- he saw something in me, I never saw in myself, and I will forever be grateful for him and his persistence to not give up on me. Jason has a way to meet you where you are at, never make you feel less than, and builds you with each week as you are building yourself. That motivation reminds you to set boundaries and to ask for what you need- Jason is ALWAYS communicating and asking questions on what does/doesn’t work for you. Regardless if you want to compete in powerlifting or not, Jason is truly one of a kind Strength Coach who will take the extra steps/time in making sure you have safe/quality form, feel accomplished, and will make your journey one of a kind as you watch your numbers GROW!”
“Jeff is such a great coach to work with. He has brought so much knowledge and growth to my training. I appreciate his flexibility when it comes to my training schedule and busy career. In the short 6 months that I have worked with Jeff I have increased my 1RM on bench, deadlift, and squat. I am excited for what the future holds working with Jeff and would recommend him to anyone looking for personalized and in-depth coaching!”
